PROJECT MANAGER
Maisons PMJ Homes has years of residential construction experience and will be on site throughout the whole project.
We will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination and control of the project. We aim to meet your requirements in order to produce a functional and financially viable project that is completed on time and on budget.
HOME BUILDER
Maisons PMJ Homes assumes full responsibility for the entire project. We handle the permitting process, ordering materials and completing the work. You simply sit back, relax and we make it easy for you. With our general contracting service stress levels are minimal since you don't need to be involved in the day-to-day operations.
DESIGNER
If you are just getting started on plans to build your new home and have not selected a designer, we can assist you in the process. We work with several different designers and will ensure that you select the professional that best suits your needs. A collaborative team approach will streamline the process and reduce building costs while adding value.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION AND BIDDING
If your plans are complete, we will prepare a detailed budget and construction schedule. As soon as the budget is approved, we are ready to apply for permits and then break ground!
SITE SELECTION
PMJ Homes will assist in locating the perfect property for your new home.
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
When a client decides to build a home, PMJ Homes can be engaged and involved at various stages of the process:
1. TALK IT THROUGH
Meet with PMJ Homes New Home Consultant to discuss exactly what you want and need in your new or existing home.
2. SELECT YOUR HOMEPLAN AND BUILDING SITE.
You’re ready to choose a floor plan and our unlimited possibilities for customization. And if you haven’t yet found a suitable home site, we can help with that too.
3. MAKE FINAL SELECTIONS OF COLORS AND FEATURES.
PMJ Homes offers a wide variety of exterior and interior choices, from shingles to flooring.
4. START CONSTRUCTION!
Yea! You made it through the tough part (which wasn’t nearly as tough as you thought it was going to be). But now it’s time for the fun part: start building your dream home.
5. PUT YOUR KEY IN THE FRONT DOOR.
Once your new home is completed, you will walk through the home with your Field Manager to make sure everything is just the way you want it.Then it’s time to start bringing in the boxes.
